Terms & Conditions - Payload Pro

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Payload Pro (the “Service”), a premium insights, research, and business platform offered by Payload, a division of Arkaea Media Group. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact our support team to deactivate your account.

The Service, available at https://pro.payloadspace.com, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind.

1. Privacy

Your use of Payload Pro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information. Data may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions. If your access is provided through an employer or institutional account (“Enterprise Account”), we may receive certain personal details (e.g., name, email) from the third party granting you access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us of any unauthorized use or changes to your contact details.

2. Payment

If you are a subscriber, you agree to pay all fees associated with the Service at the rates in effect when incurred. Payment can be made by credit card or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Annual subscriptions are 12 months.

If you have concerns about your billing method or suspect unauthorized access, please contact our billing support team immediately.

3. Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewal. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges.

4. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted directly within the Service. Continued use of Payload Pro after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Free Trials and Enterprise Access

If you access the Service through a free trial or Enterprise Account, some terms regarding payment and renewals may not apply. Please refer to your organization or our support team for details.

6. Ownership and Usage Restrictions

All content on Payload Pro—including articles, graphics, charts, data visualizations, research reports, and tools (“Content”)—is owned by Arkaea Media or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

Share login credentials with others or allow simultaneous access by multiple users on one account.
Forward, distribute, or otherwise share PDF versions of reports.
Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on any Content.
Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate this Agreement.

Payload Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

7. No Financial Advice

Payload Pro does not offer investment advice. The Service is intended solely for informational and educational use. You are solely responsible for your financial and business decisions. Always consult a qualified advisor before making decisions based on the information provided.

8. Simulated Results and Models

Where applicable, certain charts, forecasts, or models within the Service may include hypothetical performance data. These are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results. Past performance does not ensure future performance.

9. Third-Party Data

Occasionally, we may incorporate data or services from third-party providers. These sources will be credited where appropriate. Payload Pro is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkaea Media, its affiliates, and content providers disclaim all liability for damages, including indirect or consequential losses, that may arise from your use of Payload Pro.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arkaea Media Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of this Agreement.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.

14. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events outside our control—like natural disasters, power outages, or global emergencies.

15. Changes to Service

Payload Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
